HER Certified® was founded by Cathy Droz. With over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Droz addressed the fear, frustration, and lack of trust many women experience when buying or servicing their car. Through test driving almost 1000 vehicles, publishing her book, and consulting with dealerships, manufacturers and fixed ops, Droz established herself as an industry disruptor advocating for a new standard in how women are treated in sales and service.
